Heavenly Bakes was founded in 2023 by Basetsana Sibanyoni, a 22-year-old wife who dropped out of university to pursue her passion for baking. It all began when her sister, Nkele Molapo, sent her money to get a driving license. Instead, Basetsana used the money to buy a cake-baking starter kit that was on special at Takealot.com. As they say, the heart wants what it wants.
